Robert Menard gives an excellent presentation on declaring oneself a sovereign in a common law jurisdiction while removing oneself from the admiralty jurisdiction of the uniform commercial code. Admiralty laws operates as an international law and is the law of the high seas or of the pirates. It is also the law of those who are building the new world order and operate out of the United Nations and its respective economic communities such as the European Union.
Common Law is the law of the land and of a free people; and with the little that I have come to understand about it I am beginning to see that it holds the key to healing the planet of the new world order dis-ease. Without fighting and without harsh words, declaring oneself a sovereign empowers one in a legal sense rather then in a bogus political sense where all you can do is vote and go along to get along. But when we become legally empowered it puts the individual at the helm of his or her own destiny rather then at the state’s mercy as a piece of corporately owned chattel.
